Wives do a lot for their husbands and don't always receive the respect that they deserve for the support that they give their husbands behind the scenes. While most people know that many women do more domestic chores than their husbands, there are quite a few more responsibilities that a wife has that often receive little or no attention in the media.  I'm here to set the record straight.

1.  Back Hair Duty. Your husband is just as shy as you about his unwanted body hair and will grow more so as he loses all of the unnecessary hair on his pretty little head to male pattern baldness. Wives have the duty of shaving and plucking unwanted back hair for men too shy to make an appointment at the local waxer.

2.  Clothes. Your husband is just as concerned about being thought of as studly as anyone else. As a wife, your job is to help him shop so that he buys clothes that both suit his style and flatter his figure. (This does NOT mean giving him a make-over into what you think is the perfect look- you DON'T want to be the p*ssy-whipping wife.)

3.  Ego-Boosting. Encouraging your husband's dreams and aspirations is quite important and is the primary job of the wife. While his friends may be the ones to drink beer and play X-Box with him for hours on end, it's your job to remind him what his true strengths are.

4.  Personal Hygiene Reminders. As a wife, it's your responsiblity to remind your husband when his nose hairs need to be plucked, when he has a booger hanging out of his left nostril, and when he has food stuck in the corner of his mouth. Remember that what he looks like is also a reflection of you and also that you would want him to do the same if the positions were reversed.

5.  Sex. Wives have to remind their husbands that a main advantage of a relationship is a steady sex partner (and this DOESN'T have to mean the four times a day he might want if you are married to a young man) and that his single friends are secretly jealous because married couples get laid more often than single men or women. (Couples who live together also have more sex than single people.)
